      Job Responsibilities

      • Review multi-channel marketplace performance to ensure compliance with policies.

      • Analyze reporting from each marketplace to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
      • Deliver timely reporting to management about the status of our multi-channel marketplace performance.
      • Work with management to review and alter processes based on company needs.
      • Oversee Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) SKUs, fees, shipments, etc. and work with staff to maintain business on the platform.
      • Analyze inventory levels to identify obsolete inventory and make recommendations for next steps.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Oversees the accuracy of inventory via audits and cycle counts
      • Directs inventory staff in completion of work and maintain accountability for location of associates throughout the day
      • Ensures issues are communicated and resolved as required
      • Works in conjunction with the Receiving and Returns departments to ensure product is being properly put away
      • Lead efforts for root cause analysis within the operation with regards to inventory discrepancies, including research and resolution
      • Consolidate quality hold product, if applicable
      • Coordinate zoning of physical inventory
      • Coordinate inventory consolidations to create space in the warehouse as needed
      • Organize and oversee physical inventories as directed by our customers and/or auditors.
      • Other tasks and duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager and/or Controller
      • Conduct the daily team brief to all associates
      • Tracking, reporting, maintenance of hours and schedules
      • Step into the direct associate work as required and take over preparation tasks which make the associates life easier (e.g. prepare equipment readiness, move pallets etc.)
      • Key holder and responsible for opening/closing the site (depending on work schedule).

      Qualifications:

      • Minimum of 5 years prior experience managing inventory.
      • Previous supervision, team lead or management experience of hourly warehouse/operations employees.
      • Working with racking systems and loading/unloading pallets (e.g., pulling and placing pallets on/off vertical product racking systems and trucks, maximizing storage by stacking products vertically, etc.).
      • Experience working in a team environment (e.g., cooperating with co-workers, joint problem solving, etc.).
      • Must be willing to work flexible schedules / shifts
      • Able to be on the feet throughout the shift
      • Willingness to train coach and mentor others to succeed
      • Competent user of Microsoft Office
      • Preferred - Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS), Infor Distribution SX.e, ChannelAdvisor, and/or ShipStation.
